Court Guidelines
Important information for all players.
Footwear
Non-marking indoor sports shoes are required on all courts. No outdoor shoes, sandals, or bare feet permitted.
Equipment
Bring your own racquets and shuttlecocks, or rent from our pro shop. Only feather or nylon shuttlecocks are allowed.
Booking Duration
Courts are booked in 1-hour slots. Please vacate the court promptly at the end of your session to allow the next booking to start on time.
Check-In
Please check in at reception or via the app when you arrive. Sessions not checked in within 15 minutes may be released.
Court Capacity
Maximum 4 players per court (doubles). For coaching sessions with more participants, please contact us in advance.
Safety
Players use the courts at their own risk. Please warm up properly and report any court maintenance issues to staff immediately.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged at 50%. No-shows are charged the full amount.
Yes! You can set up weekly recurring bookings for the same court and time slot. This is perfect for regular social games or training sessions.
Yes, we have racquets and shuttlecocks available for hire at reception. Racquet hire is $5 per session and shuttlecocks are $3 per tube.
Yes, we have free on-site parking for all customers. There is also street parking and public transport options nearby.
Absolutely! Our Team Pass allows multi-court bookings and team management. For large group events or tournaments, please contact us directly.
We are open Monday to Friday 6am–10pm, Saturday 7am–8pm, and Sunday 8am–6pm. Public holiday hours may vary.
