Court Guidelines
Important information for all players.
Footwear
Wear non-marking tennis shoes at all times. Bare feet, sandals, and shoes with metal or hard studs are not permitted.
Equipment
Players must bring their own racquets and tennis balls. Please remove all personal equipment after your session.
Booking
Courts must be booked before use. Please arrive on time and vacate the court promptly at the end of your booking to ensure the next players can begin as scheduled.
Check-In
15 mins prior to your confirmed booking start time, you will receive an SMS with a unique gate access code to enter the facility.
Security
For the safety of all users, please do not share your gate access code and ensure the gate is securely locked when exiting.
Lights
If you have paid for a night session, the lights will automatically switch on 10 minutes prior to your booking and switch off 10 minutes after your booking.

You may cancel your booking 1 hour prior to your booking. Your account will be credited and you may use credits for future booking. Get in touch if you want a cash refund. Please be considerate to others who may have wanted to use your time slot. Credits may also be applied credited if your booking is adversely impacted by the weather or unforseen circumstances.
Yes! You can set up weekly recurring bookings for the same court and time slot. This is perfect for regular social games or training sessions.
No, we do not offer racquet or tennis ball hire. Please bring your own equipment for your booking.
Yes, we have free on-site parking for all customers. There is also street parking and public transport options nearby.
